It's time for an update! The twinsies are here!!!!

Where  do I begin! I forgot where I left off! :) Lets start with, Sophia and Giuliana... ha ha!  Well, Sophia has 4 missing teeth and Giuliana is gaining weight like a champ! They are just trucking right along.... we have some major changes coming up. Yep! Mommy is going back to work and Manu is working from home to watch G and get Sophia off the bus. This is going to be a big transition for everyone and will be the next chapter in our lives.... :)

G is waking up! I'm busy these days.... will try to post more later!

Giuliana is here!!!!!

Ah..... she's here. Our little princess Giuliana Morgan Dempsey is officially here. Thank you so much GOD for this little blessing. We couldn't be happier, big sister is on cloud 9! She hasn't come down from cloud 9 and Giuliana has been here for 2 weeks! I hope Big Sis is always over the moon for her little sister and I have a feeling she will be :)
Well here's some of the details... the day Giuliana was born:
November 3rd, 2014 -- captains log :) ha ha!

Mommy woke up at her normal 3 am time but this time was different... because not only did I get up to go to the bathroom but I also got up to eat a little snack that Manu made for me and Jewels because this was our day to go to the hospital for our scheduled C-section, which meant we would not get to eat until way later that day! Manu didn't want us to hungry after baby G's arrival!

After our meal, we went back to bed until 6 am-ish. We (Mommy, Daddy and Giuliana) saw Sophia off to school then we boogied up to the hospital for Giuliana's arrival promptly at 12:44! Weighing in at 8 lbs 12 oz and 20 inches long! WHAT A BLESSING!!!

3 days and a wake up until we meet our newest addition... Lil' sister Giuliana Morgan Dempsey!

What to say to our new baby on the way!! I'm at a loss for words until we greet our new little one. I wish I had something inspiring or wonderful to say but all I can say is, we've been waiting for this day! Big sister, Sophia has been counting down the months, weeks, days, hours, minutes awaiting and anticipating your arrival! She's dreamed of this day for so long, well you're about to make her dreams of being a big sister come true. I mean, she has her little brother and he's with her every day watching over her and she constantly thinks about him. She still asks questions and she wants to get him a very nice Christmas gift, a new BIG headstone. :) She still wants to take care of him too!! Even though she has him, she's ready to hold you, play with you and "not share" her stuff with you :) She's ready to love all over her little sister! Who can blame her, we know you are going to light up this world in your own way and you'll brighten all our lives with your little face, hands, feet and large personality.

I can only imagine you'll have a large personality.... it's a requirement for this family and as you've been moving and doing somersaults in mommy's belly for these past 9 months, I can tell you have a larger than life personality! You'll probably give us all a run for our money :) That will be ok, because you can help mommy loose this baby weight! ha ha!

Having said all of that, Mommy and Daddy can't wait to meet you Monday morning (November 3rd, 2014) at promptly noon! I hope you're ready to take your first breath of life and change our lives forever.

 Giuliana and Sophia's game day gear!! Little baby G, your home is ready for you! Your family is ready for you!! Your sister, aunts and uncles and friends had a little shin dig for ya and we racked up on some essentials for your arrival :) Your Manu, Aunt Nannie, Aunt Liz and Jana went to great lengths to make your "sprinkle" more than a drop in the bucket ;) We had a blast... starting with big sis and Kolbi:) Giving each other bunny ears... they played with Sawyer and had a blast!

Aunt Liz had some delicious goodies made and Jana brought the dinner that we grilled!

Aunt Nannie decorated Manu's house for you! She did an excellent job!!

We are not only gearing up for your arrival but we are celebrating Halloween!!

Big sister and Little sister :)

 Here she is! Baby Giuliana Morgan Dempsey! She's measuring 4 pounds and 13 ounces... I think we will say she's 5 lbs. ha ha! We had a doctor appointment today and she is doing just great!! Everything looks good! We are on schedule for our C-section, November 3rd:) Thank you Lord!

 We took Sophia to a sibling class at Huntsville Hospital. Here's the picture that she colored for her little sis, it's what she thinks G will look like when she arrives here :)

Ah, thank you Daddy! He is helping Mommy out big time with the cleaning:)

Picture day!!!

Just a little update on Sophia's favorites so far, when I comes to school. She loves riding the bus!!! I can't believe it! This girl is to funny... I thought she would be "over" the bus by now... OH NO... she's just getting into it. She loves the bus and the cafeteria. :) I know... what does everyone usually NOT like about school? The bus and the cafeteria :) I'm chalking this up to the fact that she gets to be fully, almost fully, independent when she's on the bus and in the lunchroom. For example, she doesn't have to wear a seat belt or use a car seat on the bus! WOW, score for her! ha ha! Then when she gets to the cafeteria, she gets to put her number in the computer and pick out her lunch! Score again for team independence. :)
